It seems that PDI/Set-up/Freight/Delivery charge is fairly common over most of SoCal. My local dealer (who I've bought from before) has that listed on all of their sales tags, as do two others I've been in recently, fairly nearby.
However, when it came down to them realizing I was serious about buying, that stuff got dropped faster than the proverbial baked potato fresh out of the microwave...
