Hold the weight as tight as you can, a nylon strap wrench works great, and tighten the phillips screw as tight as you can.
The weight will always turn but the screw should never be loose. If the screw is not tight the weight will eventually fall of. Just imagine the damage that could cause to the vehicle following you. |
