New owner with accessory questions

I recently purchased a 2014 black CB1100 standard. I've been pondering what basic accessories I'd like to purchase in order to make my rides more enjoyable. The first item on my list is a rear carrier rack. I will not be mounting a topcase - this will be used primarily with a tail bag which I already have.

By searching this forum, I think I've seen most of what is available for my bike. While most of them are very nice, I have pretty much narrowed it down to the black Endurance rack with passenger grab rails.

I've been checking online sources for this item and trying to compare prices. It seems like http://global.rakuten.com/en/store/endur.../10004072/ has a good price, but I cannot figure out the shipping cost to Virginia, USA.

Can anyone help me with this and/or recommend a good alternative source?

What I found looking for a rear carrier is the cheap websites do not stock the product and it will be back ordered for 4 weeks or more.

Both Webike and Samurider indicate if the stuff is in stock, and both ship SUPER fast. I have ordered from both many times and have always had it in a matter of DAYS from Japan.

I placed my online order for the Endurance rear rack this morning. It seems that the "free shipping" only applies to orders of substantial dollar amounts.

One issue I encountered was that when I placed my order, I received a coupon code to enter during checkout/payment. I entered the code properly, however it seems that the small discount was not applied to my bill.

I sent an email note to their help desk requesting that they check and advise.

When our bikes first came out I ordered from Webike a few times (before we found Samurider). I had some email correspondence with them and they were very responsive. However, they don't seem to speak English and use the Google translator. There was a thread on it with some hilarious stuff!

I did get all my orders very timely and everything was correct. I never got a coupon so can't speak to that.
