My engine is unusually noisy from the bottom of the engine after the hot car.

After the shift, slowly accelerate, about 2000rpm up and down, the sound from the bottom is particularly obvious.

Well, it sound normal to me, other than the gear lash when you change gear. Maybe you can try to rev match a bit when downshifting.
