My engine is unusually noisy from the bottom of the engine after the hot car.

Idle state

Driving state

After the shift, slowly accelerate, about 2000rpm up and down, the sound from the bottom is particularly obvious.

Did you mean the gearbox clunking noise? Or the high pitch bearing whining sound?

Well, it sound normal to me, other than the gear lash when you change gear. Maybe you can try to rev match a bit when downshifting.
