Spark plug socket. - Jgarciajr40_imp - 09-11-2023 I see it has to be a thin wall socket, but will any 14MM 12-point work? Found some old posts about motion pro, but doesn’t look like they make theirs anymore. Just hate to run to Home Depot and back home to realize “oh this one’s too chunky too”. Also 1/4 or 3/8? I figure 1/4 would be better for clearance RE: Spark plug socket. - peterbaron - 09-11-2023 I just use my regular automotive 3/8 - M14-6 point deep socket, never failed… your 12-point should be ok, try it first RE: Spark plug socket. - Lord Popgun - 09-11-2023 Motionpro 14mm socket is shown all over the internet. Here is one on the Motionpro site: https://www.motionpro.com/product/08-0714 RE: Spark plug socket. - GoldOxide_imp - 09-11-2023 No Honda toolkit "thin-walled" spark plug socket tool? RE: Spark plug socket. - Lord Popgun - 09-11-2023 Sure there is. I think it is item 3: https://www.partsfish.com/oemparts/a/hon/511a8dd6f870022e4ccd3269/tool RE: Spark plug socket. - Jgarciajr40_imp - 09-11-2023 (09-11-2023, 07:29 PM)Lord Popgun_imp Wrote: Motionpro 14mm socket is shown all over the internet. That’s a 3/8 didn’t know if that would effect clearances without having to remove the gas tank for the inner plugs. |
