FL. law prohibits even partially obscuring any of the tag info, though lots of frames in use do. If you get pulled by a Barney Fife, he'll write you for it. Some LEO's use that as an excuse to interrupt your ride if they're suspicious and want to get to know you better Sad

I use the knurled aluminum valve cover caps from Harbor Freight on all my vehicles. I hate rubber valve cover caps.

I like those. Clearly better than the rubber, but not skulls, dice, etc. I will have to stop by a HF store, thanks!

Looks great Mick! Ha, pretty soon you'll be swapping out that rear tail light!!

Here in Arizona the first frame is illegal. Covers up too much of the license plate. Bad JuJu. Smile

Ignore Chip, your tail light is fine. Angel

I like the "hog" cap!

I struck out at HF. Got [url=http://slime.com/31856/products/valve-caps-7-20132/]these instead. They're pretty nice and cover all the thread on the stem.

No worries Rboe... the retro tail light is one of my favorite parts of the bike, along with the steel chrome fenders, the flat patterned seat, the round gauges, the chrome twin rear shocks, and the 4 chrome waterfall head pipes

I preferred the chrome version to match all the chrome on the bike, which I think looks even better after adding metalmaven's rear plate kit. Thumbs Up

I ran a carbon fiber frame on my Ducati to match the D&D exhaust cans and "fiber-weave" Sargent seat. Cool

Maybe we should do a Poll thread asking "To license plate frame, or not to license plate frame - that is the question". Big Grin
