RE: removing black finish - Toddman_imp - 09-26-2016 aluminum paint stripper takes it off quickly. I've done several bikes. It's no big deal. Hit them with etching primer and what ever color you want or leav'em silver. RE: removing black finish - Carguy1959_imp - 09-26-2016 I have thought about just taking the paint off the fins. File, sand paper,etc. The big concern I have is chipping. |
