The simple, hand-held key cutting machines have been replaced with electronic cutting machines that are way too expensive for motorcycle dealers to buy. Around 10 years ago, there were only 3 or 4 Honda dealers who had bought the machines. So the key manufacturers/sellers stopped providing any conversions between the manufacturer's code and the machine. Heck, this is going back to 2019 when I bought the bike and just wanted a spare to keep my original keys safe... couldn't have been more than ten bucks. That's just a simple, straight-cut key for my 2013 CB. For one of the fancier ones, like a newer bike, I'm sure it would be a lot more. I had the metal "emergency" portion of a spare key cut for my car, and it was a lot more since it was a laser-cut key.
