I find the stock CB saddle to be the most comfortable stock saddle of any bike I have owned. The problem I have is the short peg to saddle distance leaves my long legs a little cramped. My primary issue is that my toes point straight down and drag through corners.
I find myself faced with spending a lot on a new saddle such as the K&H Tall or a less attractive, but cheaper, air cushion. The CB is too pretty to slap a cushion on, so I will bite the bullet. Hopefully, the K&H is as supportive as the stock saddle.
