Does anyone know if the standard 2013-16 4 into 1 will fit on a 2019 bike Im despiratly trying to find a 4 into 1 for my EX but coming up with either £1300 or nothing so was thinking of getting an older system then updating the end can with something nice

You don't want the '13 system for your EX. Your EX has double-walled headers that won't turn dingy colors within the first 2,000 miles. It also has a much better sounding set of canisters.
It ain't broke. Don't try to fix it. Bare minimum, leave those headers alone.
Ok understand the above, but has anyone modified the standard end cans as it sounds like a Kenwood food processer not a 1140cc motorbike ??
The standard 4-1 isn't any better sounding.
Best I can suggest is keeping an eye on Ebay for some sort of a used aftermarket system to pop up.

Compared to a '13 or '14, the EX sounds like a Top Fuel dragster.
On my '13 I took off the end-cap and drilled a five 1/4" holes in the plate beneath. It added a nice growl without getting obnoxious. It doesn't change performance in any way. And I can always plug them with JB Weld if I ever want to revert to "food processor" mode
I don't know if a '19 has a similar end-cap, so you will have to take a look.
I drilled the end plate in my '13 and it barely made a difference, and I put ten 7/16" holes in it. On my first Nighthawk 750 I removed the snooter from the pipe, cut off about 2" of it and put it back in, and it made a dramatic difference, very nice, other rides would ask me if that was an aftermarket pipe.

I removed the end cap, cut off the snooter pipe, and drilled a circle of 5/8" holes in the plate. I reinstalled the end cap with a bead of high temp exhaust sealant around the base. I let the sealant fully cure for 48 hours before starting the bike. My bike sounds much better now with a slight growl that is not much louder than stock. The sealant helps keep the lean popping to a minimum.

I also drilled the first plate baffle out it had three little 1/4 holes in it ive drilled that right out with an inch bit it sounds a lot nicer now but would still prefer a 4 into 1
