Whilst buying 90 degree valves for the cb919 i looked at some video's on how to install them, i then found this valve stem that you can replace without removing the tire.
Never seen this before and thought it may be something small for the rider to carry with the bike for the traveler that already has everything he needs;

Valve failures are rare but there may be a place for something like this, anyway now we know it exists: quickstem;

Huh. I did have a valve stem fail on a BMW years ago. At least it wasn't a sudden release causing loss of control. This would have come in handy!
Neat max.

Similar concept to "Wellnuts" used in some motorcycle windshield fasteners.
I can imagine there may be emergency instances where a valve stem is damaged, like a lock/chain left in place, or sabotage, and this would be a good emergency fix, But I personally would not trust it as it relies on compressing the rubber in a way that might cause a split or crack.

I feel the same as you , alright on heavy duty equipment going at a lower speed, different on a bike going 70-80 mph.
I like Max advise as he meant in case of emergency and not as a permanent replacement: "something small for the rider to carry with the bike"
