My back won't take a Cafe Racer stance anymore but this looks like a nice kit from a European supplier.

Although not my style, the implementation looks clean and well done.
That's a really nice kit.

Wonder why they would go to all that trouble for a bike that " was a poor seller"
It's not my style either, but as long as you are pleased, that's all that matters.

What's with the big gap under the seat. This looks like it's 2" taller than the stock one.

Perhaps it's a tail section meant for another bike simply grafted on and painted to match?
Ah, I didn't see that gap, something would have to be done about that. If they had a 1" block of black foam to fill the gap it would look better.
