Neat piece no doubt, just not sure the lines flow very well on earlier CB's with the non-seamless classic style tank. The entire kit seems to have been designed with the newer CB rear frame brackets in mind

Looks like it's designed to fit like that. I wonder why in the original it's so high and moved back?

Is it possible that in the first pic the seat wasn’t installed, just sitting on the bike? And in the second its seated and locked in normally?

Is it possible that in the first pic the seat wasn’t installed, just sitting on the bike? And in the second its seated and locked in normally? Second shot was photo-shopped. Kind of like the kicked up tail of the top pic but not at the expense of the ill-fitting gaps though.
