Yep. My wife once had an old Honda Twinstar and we have a similar law. One time fee if $25, I think. But you’re not supposed to ride it much. To keep it maintained only. But, how are they gonna know?

Accommodated the ‘72 plate by drilling & tapping holes about 3/8”(10mm) below and inward. The photo details the plate light and the switch to cycle the strobe between eleven different patterns
