If the Samurider top box is the Honda OEM top box, it can use a Honda one-key system so it can work with your ignition key. There are instructions on the forum for setting it up.

Ask RandyB about getting it on and off (I have a Givi Monolock top box which is really easy to take on and off.)
I've never seen an ad for a used one.
It almost certainly affects the handling, but not enough for me to notice.
There is also no question that it affects the aesthetics negatively.
Nothing that I have noticed. I guess it would if you have it full of heavy stuff, but the way I have it, it really has no major impact on handling.
It is the one key system that you have to key to your bike. It's not that hard and I did it using the Japanese instructions and just following the pictures, but there are translated instructions somewhere on the forum.
