I just wanted to compile a few pictures of black only 2014 cb1100 standards just to try to fine tune my thoughts on modifying mine to the next level. Any pictures of 2014 "black only" you may have to share would be great.

Two mods and I'm done (I have since added trim to the Comet).

That's the aluminum cowl powder coated black, the Kijima grab rail, and chrome tank trim.

Hope I did this right. A lot harder on a phone!

Edit: I've since removed the cowl and am back to the naked front end which I prefer.

Black and Chrome were made for each other IMO

Couldn't live without that tank bag and air hawk 2 ;-)

Hope the brakes don't fail....that is about a 50 ft drop straight into the Ohio River.

black std .. Bike It mirrors .. Honda carrier .. in sommer will add Comet Road 1 and Moriwaki dual pipes

Charlie, is that the comet 1 with aero +40mm smoked screen? How did you get the proper pin striping?

All these bikes look great ! I really like your tank protector metalmaven.

Anyone ever considered blacking out a few of the bolts ? I've been looking at the best strategy to do this ? Any ideas ? Don't mean to hijack the thread, seemed like a suitable place to post the question though.
