I never really warmed up to the idea. I tend to stick to functional mods, although the claims of increased speed, agility and personal good looks may convince me yet.

Those bike pictures sure are pretty! Now I know the potential it really does have.
Talk about minor variations to a simple engine guard. TBH they all look almost the same to me. I’m sure when the time to buy comes it’ll take a week to decide.
One thing for sure is that they all the bikes look dope with them on!!
Most of them do look a lot alike. Originally, I was looking for the old one-piece style bar to keep with the retro looks, but apparently no manufacturers shared my view. I have an old crash bar from my KZ750, but it would have taken a lot of welding to adapt it. They do still make 'em for Harleys.
My CB750 has a unique looking guard from H&B that was originally designed for the European version of the CB (had to order it directly from Germany).

I'd love some of those old-fashioned crash bars, as well as some for the back.
