Doesn't look familair to me- but appears to be a legit part number- 77200-MGC-003

The factory low seat was the stock seat Japan got IIRC. Maybe others, I don’t know. You could order them from Mr. T or Webike if you wanted one.

Depending on the year/model, one seat is on page 1 at the top and the 2010-16 is on page 2 at the bottom.
