Needs some help here please

Hi I'm a new member. I need some help . I have a custom build I'm working on. I would like to run a set of cbll00 wheels and front end. I have looked all over and I can't seem to find the triple clamp off set and what are the length of the fork tubes from the center of the axel to the top. Could someone measure the fork length for me. Also if someone knows the triple clamps off set that would be fantastic. Thanks jay

On the sidestand both my forks measure 30 inches center axle to top.

I have no idea how to measure triple clamp offset.

200mm spacing between forks, 40mm offset.
