I already found a buyer for my Hawk GT, so I'll soon be counting down from three Hondas to just two. The buyer's wife already owns a 1988 Hawk GT of her own (in Tempest Gray) so my Candy Flair Blue example will make for a nice set of "his 'n hers '88 Hawks". The person that will be taking ownership is located in Idaho, so I won't be seeing the bike around town, which I think I'll prefer to be honest. This will be a tough one for me to watch ride away (it was my dream bike after all), but I'll get over it and I'm glad to know that it's going to someone who appreciates it for what it is and who also plans on keeping it "stock" just as I have. The bike really is all stock with the exception of the updates I've made to the suspension. If it weren't for the Penske shock on the back with it's blue spring, the untrained eye would never know the difference.

Congrats LR and Guth. I hate it when I create a new hole in the garage, because it means something I wanted, sought out and attained is no longer going to be there. the upside is it allows me to attain something else I've wanted.

Yep. I'm holding out for a Monkey 125. If Honda doesn't introduce it as a 2019 model soon, I will turn blue and keel over from holding my breath.

Hmm, I since I already obtained the new thing before selling the old thing, what I have to look forward to is watching the hole that will be left behind quickly disappearing when it fills up with some of the stuff that I stuffed into the corners of the garage to make way for the S. (It's safe to say that the inside of my garage is never going to appear on the cover of "Glamour Garages Monthly" or any such publication that appears near the register at your local home improvement store lol.)
