So i have yet to buy but i have done a very bad mock up of how i would want to mod the bike. Would be curious if any of you could offer some help with the ideas. First off i am 6'2" and i was thinking of flipping the bars. Next do something with the rear fender and a little bit of a seat redesign. Also, i would flip the mirrors under the bars. Also, a slip on and possible rearset relocation. I know there are some faults in the photoshop mock up so dont be super critical about that please. But everything is true to size.

Is it a 13 or 14 standard ? What about speedo and tach? Photo looks neat. But you would have to have the ECM flashed to bypass the speedo & tack etc. Looks like you could make a nice street fighter out of it. If that's what you like. Keep us posted.

Picture is a '14 model. I would like to relocate the speedo for sure or get something smaller. Maybe lower the light and tuck in up there.

G'day mgallimore, and welcome. Nice mockup . Such a bike would look wicked.
There's plenty of information on the forum about various mods and sources. Many members speak very highly of samurider.com in Japan as a source of farkles and inspiration.

Nice looking bike, but being a bit old school I think it would also look very nice with the K10 tank and side covers with this look.

Yeah i know. rough mockup to get the overall feel. That huge exhaust was getting in the way.

Can anyone give me there experience in comfort for a look like this. i will be spending at least and hour daily driving to and from work (30 min each way.) Didn't know if my height and the clip ons would kill it for comfort.

That's still a great looking bike! But somehow the headlight seems too big.
If I had the bucks, I'd pull a Ridem, get a second CB and try to do something like your bike.
