What are the odds?
#1
Howdy all! I finally got my CB1100 registered today, so took her out for the inagural run. Stopped at a bar at the top of the mountain, and what are the odds that another CB1100 would be there?

And even funnier, is the guy riding it works in the same industry I do!

Small world.

p.s. his vin is 0004. Mine is much, much higher.

First post and not only do you post a photo of your CB (well done!) but you post one of two CBs! You're off to a great start here and are most welcome. So, which one is yours? And is the owner of the other CB also on this forum?

Mine has the Yosh full exhaust, and bar end mirrors. He's not a member here, I asked him.

I'd say the odds were pretty slim. You should have fed the nearest slot machine Big Grin

I've owned mine for over 2 years now and still haven't seen another one in the wild. Great post!

I've had mine since this time '13 and have only seen 2 others and they were in showrooms!

I've wanted one since honda announced them, but I got sidetracked by the Yamaha FZ09, now that bike is pure fun-on-a-bun! But I find I've been missing my old CB's (I've owned a number, and only got rid of my latest after I bought the FZ) So, when I found this one for a great price, with only 2k on her, I jumped. I've yet to see one on the road.

It's awesome having one, a brand new, old bike. No more cv carb issues (which compared to other bikes was still minimal) and no more wiring issues. thirty year old wiring harnesses are a PITA to troubleshoot.

Yaay!

I think I'm gonna go ride out in the moonlight.
