Mailbox Suprise

Went up to the mailbox last night and along with the usual junk mail and bills I spotted a piece of stiff paper with the glossy picture of a beautiful motorcycle on it.

"Hey that's a CB 1100" I thought

ended up it was a postcard with a nice note from our German friend Django! Very Cool!

if you remember Django was instrumental in me getting the Fehling rack for my CB 1100 directly from Germany.

postcard now hanging on front of fridge!

Hi Ferret,

I noticed from this forum, that you would collect every kind of print concerning the CB. So, having had this postcard available, I thought, I could give you a great deal of pleasure, sending it to you. I still had your mail address from the Fehling deal.

Well, and it was a pleasure to me, to do so.

Btw., that's me on my CB1100 last year at the race track. Those are Metzeler Z8 tires in original size.
