KandH Low Seat & Dart Pirrana Flyscreen

Got the seat from Samurider over the winter and it fit nicely. A bit wider than the stock seat so even though it is lower my feet are roughly the same on the ground. Short ride around town and it is very comfortable. You can tell right away the foam in the saddle is superior.

The piranna flyscreen is just that. I had a Slip Streamer screen which was handle bar mounted on the bike before and although it relieved wind pressure to the torso, it created some turbulence and noise to the head. Today around town it was nice to be in clean, quiet wind again. Need to test it on the freeway.

Good looking ride right there!!! If you do NOTHING else to that bike that will be enough. Love that checkerboard decal scheme. Not sure who the Canadians paid off to get it.

A further, probably unnecessary elaboration on the KandH Low seat inspired by a glass of wine:

I had expected when ordering this saddle that I would be able to impress my cherubic beauty that I was big enough to flat foot her. The saddle is lower but the wider profile resulted in an unexpected result. I was deeper into her even though my feet were still not quite flat (but darn close). It inspired a confidence that eluded me thus far. The bike with it’s already low centre of gravity felt light and nimble, even navigating pot hole infested, sand/salt strewn streets around Sudbury. Pulling up to stop lights and slow menuevers did not cause me to be nervous. I’m guessing that it is due to my feet being wider apart even though they are not completely flat. Like a tripod is more stable with it’s legs spread wider.

The saddle is a keeper even if I still can’t flat foot this sucker...
