Is on at some goofy hours. I think 3:00- 4:00 AM Sunday morning, but I think they are replaying it at 9 PM Sunday night.
Qualifying is also on goofy hours, 2 AM tonight but they are replaying it at like 9 AM tomorrow morning

Unbelievably good camera coverage with the new track surface and configuration.
Ducatis are sprouting wings like they are going out of style. They are going out of style! Very complex designs, with ducting and vertical fins fitted, complex airfoil shapes.
And Vinales cut the fastest time, FP3.
Isn't that going to be 2:00 a.m. your time for the race?

Qualifying on pole was Dovisioso followed by Rossi and Lorenzo ( in the wet..huh?)
Second row has Marquez, Crutchlow and Iannone
Third row the two Suzuki riders in 7 th and 8 th and Bautista
ULve...It goes until 4 am on my schedule and MotoGP generally runs last so I am assuming 3-4 AM for MotoGP with Moto 2 and Moto 3 and a MotoGP wrap up of the season so far running ahead of it.

Emmett could get a job writing for the New York Times if ever wants to move out of motorsports journalism!

A lotta politics.
I would like to see someone over there write a piece doing a lift/drag analysis of those four surfboards on Dovizioso's bike! Now that would be a story.

If that is what you choose to read into it I suppose. I read a great piece about stresses and pressures of elite level motorcycle racers who are pitted week after week against each other, and how they cope.

Race is starting at 3:20 am eastern. Track is very wet. Lorenzo does not look happy. Race has been shortened by 1 lap.
