Man the factory Yamahas are smokin', Vinales continues to impress. Folger and A Espargaro did really well.

I read in a Italian website that VR is not happy with the direction Yamaha has gone this year. Another thing LCR Honda over factory Honda??? Fish and chips!
Good to see Alvaro Bautista getting a break....he is an awesome rider!

New definition of "Ugly DUCkling"

Lorenzo and Marquez didn't use the soft tire in Saturday's testing. Expect better numbers from them today. Vinales and Marquez set the mark for consistency with numerous 1.54 s laps in Saturday testing.

Today will be telling. I'm pulling for Marc, Mavrerick and the rookies. But Lorenzo is debuting the new aero fairing, Rossi is ready and many others are poised to surprise.

Rules are meant to be, uh, evaded. Winglets illegal? Just build them into the fairing.

Rossi had problems finding the right setup. Conditions changed between Saturday and Sunday, enough to throw him off. The 2017 M1 is probably the premier bike this year and Rossi is famous for finding a good setup at the 11th hour. He should be in the mix when the rubber hits the road.

Meanwhile Marquez crashed 3 times on Sunday and basically wasted the final day of the final preseason test.

Two weeks to the start of the season.
