Took a ride though Philly today
#1

I'm trying out this collage gizmo, so exported as a video, see youtube link
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6xDLcADxBM

Came up with some cool shots today, rode up and down the city throughout the day. The bags are full of groceries and that's a pizza box strapped to the back seat Big Grin This bike rocks!

The Revzilla is based out of square building in the middle of an industrial park, it's like the opposite of a scenic location! Pizza was totally frozen, haha. It was worth it Big Grin

Nice photos Likeafox!

Can I ask what saddle bags you have there? Do I see it correctly that the rear indicators are in their original place? If so, it might be the first saddle bag set-up I see which keep indicators in place, yet leave enough leg-room for a passenger. If so, I'd be very interested in finding out more about this! Smile

Thanks!

They are junky beat up bags that came on my original bike. Just by walking though my local dealer, I see about 3 over saddle bags that will definitely fit. And neither one of them over $120. Similar to this http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/saddl...saddlebags

Trust me, they are garbage. The belt latching requires 2 hands, not weather proof, no cross ties, and everything metal will develop rust spots while barely being exposed to elements outside. The passenger can definitely sit comfortably, and bags are snugly wedged between shock assembly and rear turn signal. Had to readjust the strap in order to keep the right bag from touching the exhaust as well. But I didn't have to use supports, which is a plus. Although Shadow 750 bag supports look like they might fit.

I'd recommend you go to your local CycleGear or bike accessory dealer and just try things on. Something will definitely fit. If not, I can see if there is still a serial number on there somewhere.

Cheers

Thanks for getting back! They didn't look too bad to me in the picture Smile
Anyway I'm just looking around for options for eventual two-up riding. For my solo rides I have an excellent Kriega bag plus a roll bag for longer trips. But for passengers it's good to have saddle bags and I'm glad to hear that this setup works comfortably, without moving rear indicators. I'll have a look around similar "cruiser-style" bags then (all my previous saddle bags were hard or semi-hard). Cheers! Smile
