According to the service manager/head mech at my dealer the service manual is for experienced Honda technicians. So every little thing is not in them. And things like this aren't really critical, except they need tightened snugly so as to not loosen.
So either snug them up or go with the standard torque value. I'm sure you'll be good.

Any chance anybody has downloaded Greg's pictures back in 2015 or later, and kept them on her/his computer ? If so, please post them again, or mail them to me. This would be so .... NICE of you. I could really use this info.
