I wish I did. Parts are still somewhere in the middle of some ocean on a slow boat.

Lots to take attention to here… but very hard for the camera to capture what our eyes do..

Our stock ITB are 32mm but choked down to 26mm in both inner diameter and depth on the velocity stacks.

The same 32mm ITB are used on the CBR650 so the velocity stacks on those are both wider, shorter- so no ‘cork’ into the throttle body.

They are also taller which means they wanted to attempt to get as much tq as they can out of the little bike.

Take all that in?

Ok- now it gets interesting.

I found a shop that made dual stage velocity stacks for the CBR650 that gained 3whp just on a swap- no fueling change.

Contacted them- and VOILA- we have these for our bikes-

Uncorked to the full 32mm of our TB- in fact a little more than what Honda does on the CBR 650 as these are shaved a little bigger on the inside- as can be seen by the step on the lower outside that goes in the throttle body.

But in addition to that- things get even more interesting- since these are twin stacked- we get to play- the lower stack is actually a little lower than our stock stacks which gives a higher rpm reflection than our stock stacks- but also the 2nd stack is the same as the ones on the CBR650 - waaay higher than our stock stacks- which could improve (or at least maintain) the tq while still having all the gains….

To those that understand- WOW.

Nah. Had to prepare for our thanksgiving hosting week, then host that week- and then it got cold so I have no motivation to play with it for now. Sorry.
