If anyone's interested, Amazon has a pretty good deal for a four-pack of Apple AirTags for Amazon Dealin' Days or whatever it's called. $88.49
Mrs. G gave me a few of them a while back, and I have one under the side panel on the CB, along with my backpack.
Since I travel quite a bit, it's nice to just check in and make sure my bike is where she should be when I'm gone. Lots of info out there about the plusses and minuses of using an AirTag to track your bike, but it's cheap insurance.

I saw something recently of a girl that was able to recover her stolen scooter by tracking the airtag.
I have android so I was looking into the "Tiles" instead of the apple one.
One of my buddies is a M/C mechanic and said he's had guys put them inside their tires. I would think they'd explode but I guess they're pretty simple parts wise. He said he's hidden them all over the place and usually more than 1 so if someone is smart enough to look they'll find the easy one under the seat or something and not think there would be a second.

Have one in my suitcase, and on my last work trip, my suitcase missed my flight. It was fun watching where it went before it got back to me.

A serious vehicle thief will carry an RF jammer and turn it off once the wireless tag is located.

Most motorcycle thieves near me are tweakers.

I dunno. Anyone around me who’d steal a bike would trade it for drugs before they’d look for a tracker.

Eh, just part of the landscape around my office. At least I can park my bikes indoors here!
