I saw a pic of it in a thread somewhere on here and thought it looked badass!
After this video though... eh, I'm not really digging it.
I bet the red ones are faster anyway.

I've never been a fan of all black. The chrome pieces look out of place against all that black.

The black version isn't an "ugly" bike in my eyes, however through those same eyes it would look a lot better if the tank stripe were red and the engine side covers, valve cover and sprocket cover were polished aluminum.
Would also like to see the rim lips be polished as well.

Even though I've now officially entered 'old fart' territory, I'm a fan of the blacked out look. Some people I know think I'm odd because I like the look of black wheels. Not sure it works so great on this bike though. Oldyaler makes a good point that the chrome looks out of place on the blackout model. I do think Honda Japan probably sells the blackout version to bring in some riders who are younger than our crowd, as the big CB does have wider appeal in a country like Japan, so if that's the rationale, I can understand it.

I like the black, but I think my favorite is actually the white.

While my favorite is the red, I think the white looks really good with the black engine and wheels (with the polished rims of course). Early on, I was somewhat disappointed to learn that North America was going to receive the black engine, but I have to admit that it's really grown on me, and I definitely prefer the looks of the black wheels with the polished rims over the all silver. All personal and subjective, I know. But to me, that white/black combo looks far better than the white/silver combo available in other markets.
Did I mention that I really dig the black wheels with the polished rims?

I like the Black .. and would have preferred it. I like a murdered out black themed bike.
