They are no longer available from honda ! But some dealers have them your dealer will have to get them from another dealer that has some left in stock

Okay, I'll file that away for future reference. I almost ordered them from Amazon and discovered the shipping cost more than two of the rubber thingies! Hopefully the dealer won't have a problem getting these - unless you've bought them all up already. Hope not. Wink

Sue - good luck on the RLETs. I broke out in a sweat after 20 minutes of trying to get them on my bike. My dear wife heard me cursing, asked if I needed help, and put both of them on in less than a minute. Big Grin

I did buy out 2 dealers. I don't see how amazon can OEM honda rubber thingies but they might. Honda in the USA can't get them any longer but they can be bought from honda of UK. eBay has some. Let me know if you can't find any and will make you a good deal. You also need the honda OEM wheel valve stem caps. They not available any longer in the USA I got a few sets left. Just got them in to day and mailed them out to the members that bought sets of them

Search is your friend, Sue! I have been on here since almost the beginning but didn't get my CB until about month ago. Learned a lot in the meantime!

I use an AirHawk for lengthy rides; the OEM seat on my 2011 CB is not comfortable at all after a time. The DLX one looks a whole lot better.

what style & size AirHawk do you use?

Pterodactyl put me on to them. In this post http://cb1100forum.com/forum/showthread....89#pid2148 he said "label description says: fits item AH2, size M." I'm sure the bloke I bought it from told me it was a small cruiser size.

Thanks but I'll pass.

I too had my first "good/real" ride today. I was teaching a buddy how to ride on a friends rebel 250. Turned around and looked in the direction of my house and there were dark clouds moving in faaaassssst. Immediately the lesson was over, I hoped on my bike and took off for my house. I had two interstate stretches and I gave it heck. Then a twisty highway that I really tore up. Made it back and pulled the garage down JUST in time for a torrential downpour. Very clutch.

Before I had been trying to figure out optimal rpms and whatnot, but on this sprint I felt completely at one with the bike. Didn't miss a shift and didn't worry about the gauges.

I really like this bike now.
