51 year old Airline Pilot. Grew up with mini bikes, but my dad never let us have dirt bikes. I always wanted a real motorcycle so when I graduated from high school, I took my graduation money and bought an 82 Virago 750. When my dad found out, he hit the roof. I ended up selling it when I was 23 when I got my first airline job. I spent a good 25 years without a motorcycle, raised a family, (man time flies) until I got a free 1973 CZ175 a few years ago. I got it running and it sparked my interest again. Then I found a 1972 Honda CL175 for cheap and loved it. When I saw a picture of the 13 CB I ran to the dealer and bought it! When I saw the 14 CB DLX, I ran out and got that one too! My wife is happy they didn't come out with a 2015 CB! I'm on the hunt now to find that Virago I used to own.

Another airline pilot here... 48-years-old, came from a Ninja 250. Great little bike just a little lacking in a few things. Almost bought a Yamaha FJ-09 instead but when I showed the pictures of the CB1100 and the FJ-09 to my wife it was a done deal. I was already leaning toward the CB at that point, that just put it over the top.

40 year old research administrator here. Came from a Suzuki GS500. I loved the naked look of UJM/Bonnevilles. I had a '97 Civic that got me through a lot of lean years without a single fuss which really solidified my love of Hondas.

I'm a 64 year old transit bus driver. I've been employed at TriMet for 30 years. My hobbies are genealogy, stereo Hi-Fi, and cars. I bought my first motorcycle in 1973 - a Yamaha RD350. I've owned a lot of Yamaha's, Harley's and some BMW's. My other current ride is a BMW K1600 GTL. MY CB is the first Honda I've owned. I was attracted to the bike by it's fit and finish, beautiful styling, and fun, easy to ride power delivery. Now I'm looking at the new Indian's - more nostalgia!

I'm a 24 year old program manager. I would assume I'm one of the younger people who rides a CB. I had a Shadow 600 in college and had to leave it behind in a move. Lasted about a year with a car and got sick of it. Sold it 3 months ago and the next day bought a used 2014 CB with 4k miles. I still have only seen one other CB1100 in the sound area, and it was a 2014 Deluxe. It's nice to have a somewhat rare motorcycle.

27 and I work in the healthcare IT field. I grew up with my dad always picking me up on his motorcycles and I absolutely hated the things back then. Hit my mid-20s and thought that I really want to ride now (I think Sons of Anarchy may have sparked a bit of that urge). Got my M license a couple years ago and one kz440, and cb750 later I'm a proud owner of the CB11. Never got interested in bikes til' a couple years ago and since then I always gravitated towards the standards/cafe's. In my eyes, there's just no competition for styling that standards are able to pull off even stock.

I just turned 59 & run a high school printshop. I started on minibikes then went through several Hondas: CT Trail 70, CL 100, MR175 & a Yamaha DT 125. I stopped riding when I married to raise kids. Bought my sons a Honda CRF230, when I taught them to ride the "bug" bit. I bought a couple of Honda "fixer-uppers" XL100 & XL250 but decided I didn't want to deal with anymore projects. Bought a KLR650 and rode 8 years as my "re-entry bike". When I saw the CB1100 I test rode a '13 but was considering the Bonneville. When I saw the Deluxe I had to have it! I have never been so pleased with a motorcycle before; I love it!

I'm a 22 year old lifeguard from New Jersey. Just bought a 2014 cb1100 because I fell in love with the bike for every reason there is. Mostly because of how simple and straight forward it is. I understand a lot of kids my age flock to the retro look but that wasn't a main driving force for me. I just love the engine design, and balanced feel of the bike. It hits so many notes so well. In my opinion it's a great bike and the best new retro bike you could own. Don't care much for the triumphs I feel that they're trying a little too hard.
