I'm terribly sorry for all that your going through. Nothing is easy right now, and there is no need to be making life changing decisions. Lean on your family and friends - take it day by day. I think we are all here - need anything to help just ask

Sincere condolences. I lost my father after a six month fight with cancer. Even when the loss is expected, the shock of losing them is the same as if you had no warning at all.

Peace.

Lost my father 12 years ago. I thought I was prepared mentally. But Realized shortly that you cannot prepare yourself for the depth of grief that suddenly envelopes you when you lose someone so loved. Time helped. Sorry for your loss.

Ty all for your post, i will stay active on the site because i enjoy it but will take a few weeks off the bike. After all I need to keep you guys on trackSmile

It was not really a dumb move but one i would not make if my head was into riding. I'm usually ahead of traffic and not in that lane around that corner.

Hey man sorry about the loss of your loved one. It can lead to great reflection on the fragility and impermanence of our human lives. Glad to hear you weren't hurt and I'm sure you'll be back riding again as happily as ever when you are ready.

It's good to know you are safe. My sincerest condolences to you and your family. I know where you're at emotionally. I lost my father in a motorcycle accident 25 years ago - a motorist made a left turn in front of him. It was terrible shock. Time, as they say, heals all wounds. That's almost true, but we never forget loved ones. Take care.
