Just curious if anyone has ordered parts from japan.webike.net. Sent them an e-mail a few days ago with a question about a part and still no response so now I'm a bit leery about doing business with them. Any thoughts?

Anything on Webike's site that's made in Japan can be purchased at Samurider.Com. About the same price but with world class customer service courtesy of Mr. T.
Even through both companies are in Japan, there's a world of difference between the 2.
Half the stuff I've ordered from Takashi was not listed on his website. He'll research parts, answer all questions, and make sure you are 110% happy. Takashi is on a first name basis with major suppliers and has even driven manufacturers to develop new products to meet customer requests.

I purchased parts from japan.webike.net, and everything was fine. No problems there.
That said, last time I purchased parts for my bike, I sent my request to Takashi at samurider.com. He didn't have what I wanted listed on his site, but he was able to easily get it all ordered and I'm waiting for it to be shipped (it was all built to order, regardless where it was purchased from). His shipping prices were much, much better, his responses were quick and clear, and I'm happy to support a business that supports this site.
Shoot him an email, it saved me money.

Wow, that's stupid cheap. There are some similar style exhausts owned by owners on here, they're made by Yoshimura and a company called K-Factory but cost several times as much as that pipe.
The comparatively low cost does give me pause; even the very common CB750 pipe made by Carpy costs $400 and I've heard the construction and welds on those are pretty rough...

Wow! A full exhaust for $172 USD?????? I would definitely be concerned about the quality of the product. But what do I know,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I'm ordering a full exhaust that I have no idea about the quality of the product and I'm paying $1300!!
I suggest you contact Takashi at samurider.com. He will steer you straight.
Period!

It seems to be the same make of pipe although I didn't catch what type of bike he's on. He mentions ill fitting headers, having to remove the pipes to remove the oil filter, having to change the location of the mounting bracket...

I'd pass on these. One piece construction means the pipes have to be precision made. The review is illuminating.
You generally get what you pay for. Buyer beware.
