Have any of you ever visited Japan?

In my past life... I worked for American Honda Motor Co., Inc., for 29 years.
I would visit Japan, for work, annually from 1985 until the Internet got to be so good that the cost of traveling to Japan was, well, cost-prohibitive.
I loved visiting Japan. The culture was so much different from that of the United States.
Never had a chance to ride a motorcycle in Japan... that would have been interesting.

Given the number of times I stepped off the curb looking the wrong way when crossing the street, any rides I took would likely have ended badly

Only been there once, but would go back in a heartbeat if it wasn't so pricey.

Wow, I just looked at some of the bikes on the page from Offroad's link.

These are cool bikes; why can't we get something like this in the U.S.?





This would make a perfect complement to my CB1100DLX.

All hail the Mini Trail aka Monkey. Here is my 68. Rode this same bike as a boy. Still running strong after 46 years. Says something about how Honda builds bikes.
