Longranger unless you just luve parallel twins you might hold off until you see the Concept CB type 2 in the flesh. Looks like a Thruxton killer to me.

I think Triumph has done a fantastic job with the new Thruxton and Bonneville lineup. The Bonneville Street Twin looks amazing and the new Thruxton R reviews seem very good so far. I set about configuring a Thruxton R on the Triumph site and was shocked to see the sticker come in at over $16K with a few add ons. A bit pricey in my opinion but you cannot fault the looks and performance. New 1200 water cooled motors are making close to 100hp. The Thruxton should really move out. My past experience with my 865 Bonneville was that it was a bit cramped and I stand at 6'1". At 6'6", not confident the bike will fit you but only you can determine that. Good luck with it.

I agree, that is one truly stunning motorcycle. However, I also agree with Chapomis -- it does remind one of an RNineT, which is a bit disturbing.
