Is this going to be a regular rally or a Not-a-Rally? We do both for the Guzzi folks. E.g. we have a Guzzi Not-a-Rally in May so it's the AZNAR. The organizer has looked at Zazzle.com but looking at a second source right now (I don't have the name but I'll share it when I find out)

For the adventure Guzzi bike rally a couple years ago in Nevada there was a map graphic with a star over Ely Nevada, our location along with a bike icon on the back. In front, just a small graphic and date. That turned out pretty good.

For the blue shirt above, my suggestion, for the back, put the RLETS Ride on time (Rally name), smaller font under it "cb1100Forum.com". In the front, to me, along with the text, it's begging for some kind of graphic like an engine (good luck finding one!!) or bike. Doesn't have to be big, some sort of symbol or art work.

Here is my, based on input, "NC May Event" t-shirt (not to be confused with an "Offical CB1100 Forum" t-shirt). You can order this shirt in any color you like for no extra charge, I put it on Blue to be "Neutral". Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions, I am semi-retired and have time to do this for the event. This forum is great and as I don't have much technical advice to offer to the forum, I can offer this. The design has yet to be set in stone, just the .2 version.

Chapomis, well done, and I for one appreciate your efforts. After all, Cormanus and I will travel 9500 miles to, and 9500 miles return, for this rally and we cannot come back without a T shirt!.

I like your design. The front simple, understated and shows that we are engaged with a forum we are very happy to be members of. Having said that, may I make a suggestion for the back? (Rhetorical question).

I could do without the RLETs line, Last Blast not being equipped with the same. Maybe suitable for another shirt. I like the humour of some of the other examples that have been put up.

What about something like:

CB1100 Rally
Smoky Mountains NC
28 - 31 May, 2015

.Blue Ridge Parkway
.Deals Gap
.......etc.......
.........etc.......
............etc.....


Or some variation of the above. The list being a sample of the roads we will ride, or locations of interest. However maybe that is getting a little complicated. You have a better eye for these things than I do. The fonts you use are great and the blue T with white is appealing. Maybe a variation on a white T, possibly a red font . Candy Red . I realise that someting like I suggest is very "Aussie-centric" but am sure you will understand.

I'm in agreement with the design change Pterodactyl is suggesting that talks about the event and not the rubbers. As an RLETless biker, I'd rather not have to explain what that means. Perhaps that could be on a Forum t-shirt?
What ever is decided... I'm in for one (maybe even 2). I just caught this thread, didn't even know it existed. Ferret, perhaps it can be highlighted somewhere? I wonder how many of us don't know about it?? Thanks to whoever thought this up and of course to the one doing all the work!

It's obvious to members of this forum that I'm an RLET tragic. I like puns too, so I've been enjoying MTC's efforts. I was even going to suggest that it be made more obscure by using "Ah, Lets Ride".

But I won't.

Great work Chapomis. I also want to add my vote to the idea that the T-shirt should be about the event and not a homage to Part #95010-16001; although, if you feel the urge to design such a homage, I may well be interested.
