I called and asked about buying from Wal-Mart and was told that the only seller not participating is Amazon so I'll be heading to Wally World to pick up a couple 5QT jugs to keep my 4 wheel rides and my wallet happy.

Costco, Sears, Target, Kmart, Fred Meyer, Napa, Cut-Rate Auto. They are all on the list.

You guys didn't read what I posted. I called Mobil and they said you can get the rebate from all Mobil sellers except Amazon.

they can tell you anything on the phone. if you buy it at walmart and then walmart says sorry you should have seen we are not on the list its posted right there for you to see. they arent going to care what someone told you over the phone.

Costco right now in my town is having a sale on M1 @ 6qts for $25 (~$4/qt)
I'll go grab a box and send in the rebate and see if it goes through.
I don't expect it to, but no worries.

Interesting.
At Costco's online site, it is $26.99 AFTER the $10 rebate. Which I assume means pay $36.99, and then mail in the rebate offer.
We'll find out.
