Well, I looked at it and ended up riding it home! Everything on it was perfect. Thanks for everyone's suggestions.

Yeah, older guy who developed some health problems. I think he liked to look at it more than ride it.

Not as young as I was 3 years ago when I put 6 of them on 3 bikes. I may have lost the grip and upper body strength to do the job. Lol
