Well, tomorrow is the big day - after suffering for a number of years I am going for my second back surgery, this being the big one. I'm getting my spine fused together from the L3-L4-L5-S1 and the surgeon says the recovery time is 6-12 months (so no snowmobiling this winter).
As you can imagine this will have a direct result on what level I will be able to enjoy motorcycling in the future, I am choosing to be optimistic.
Here goes nothing.

Man back troubles stink. I hope everythng goes better than expected and that you are back on two wheels before you know it.
