ABS

Hey All,

I just bought a 2013 CB1100 so I'm new here. I'm not sure if mine has ABS or if abs was an option, I'm guessing mine doesn't have it since I don't see an abs light come on when I first start the bike.

Welcome to the forum, SmallCityDave. Doesn’t look like it has ABS. Most 2013s in the US did not. If there’s no sensor ring on the front wheel, there’s no ABS. If the VIN begins JH2SC651, there’s no ABS.

Yeah, no sensor ring, no crossover hose—no ABS

The 2013 with ABS is actually C-ABS (Combined ABS). The only model with it. Combines front and rear brakes.

Also all honda ABS bikes have an ABS light on the dash that comes on with the key and goes off when you reach a speed of 6 mph. I think its 6.
