Natchez Trace 10-12 to 10-15

Check another one off the bucket list....Only half way but cold rain coming, heading back home to avoid it.

The top 1/3 is the best of the Trace imo. If you made it 1/2 way, you tasted the flavor of it, but the bottom 1/3 is cool too with all the cypress trees and stuff. If you have to bail now it just leaves you something to return for if you get the itch.

We had 4 days of rain during our ride (GPS flooded!) - all warm and usually light so no big deal. Cold and wet is miserable.
Hard to tell that scenery ever changed on the Trace, my biggest thrill was crossing the Mississippi River. The ride to and from was honestly more fun, as I had been warned.
