Hello from Glendale, CA
#1
Greetings, CB1100 friends. Hello from Glendale, CA!

I ride a 2017 CB1100EX, I'm the second owner, and I've had it since 2022. The first owner made a few mods to give it more of a Cafe Racer - a front cowl, drag style handlebars, aftermarket turn indicators, and mirrors. I've lovingly restored the bike back to stock because I think Honda really nailed it.

Happy to be here on the Forums.

818 is in the house! Welcome to the forum. You'll find this group to be about the friendliest gang of motorcycle enthusiasts on the interwebs.

Very nice area. I pass the Rose Bowl several times a week for work on the 210/134, riding from Riverside to Van Nuys, sometimes detouring to Griffith Park to drop in on my boss.
Mrs. G and I recently visited your local Glendale Bevmo. We were talking about what our parents used to drink, and were waxing nostalgic about Cold Duck. At the time, we were strolling through a trendy part of Silverlake, and dropped in a chichi wine shop and asked if they had Cold Duck. The guy exhaled in disgust, pulled out his phone, made a few taps, and dismissively said "Bevmo on Brand Ave, five bucks a bottle... have a nice day now."

Love your canyon shot in the other thread... here's how the monthly photo challenge works. Someone picks a topic for the month, and anyone who wants to participate adds a picture pertaining to that topic. For June, it's six of something with your CB1100. So, "hey, there's six trees in the background", something like that. Simple, right? (hint hint, it's stupid simple, people...)
You know what? I actually would like a pickle.

Welcome to the Forum, ejbarrois. Like you, I restored a modified CB1100EX-cafe-racer to an OEM set up. Absolutely no regrets. Beautiful motorcycle and a fantastic picture. David

Welcome and congratulations, ejbarroi. Nice bike.
There's a difference in riding a naked bike and riding a bike naked.
Won't make that mistake again.
