id have a synus infection 300 feet into that ride i jsust saw a video saying thats the most boring bike has ever sold? i dont know why they say that but alot of dealers still have them
Lol..... I've been bored to death with this one for 4 yrs/69,000 miles. So bored in fact , I just bought a well equipped low mileage used one just like it only a couple years newer, to start being bored with this summer.
Guess I'm easily pleased.
I always have my 79,000 mile CB 1100 if I get the urge for a little excitement.
It doesn't matter what I ride, how far or how fast, only that I ride .... every day
Wow, Ferret, that's pretty darn cold. I put on two jackets for my early morning walk today. Must have been around 50 or so.
Boring? NC750X? Yeah, maybe. I've caught myself speeding quite often. I think it's because the engine is so laid back that, riding by "feel", what feels like 70mph on any of my other bikes is like 90 on this thing. I really have to watch the speedo or just ride behind a car going around the speed I want to cruise at.
Pdedse had a great idea about adding removable grip warmers a short while back. I grabbed a set of "Kenimoto" grip warmers on Amazon, and modified them a bit, shortening the wiring to put an SAE connector on the end for power. It can plug into an SAE 12v switched power source I routed to inside the front fairing. The warmers velcro around the grips, and the power switch is velcroed to the handlebar riser. So, the whole setup can be removed in a minute when not needed, or plugged in quickly when it's chilly.
