What did you do on or to your CB 1100 today

Not even close!  But I do use the W800 for wet streets and "must-ride-rain" and that means the CB stays clean to a degree.  But I got peppered with late fall fluffy gnats enjoying the last few warmer days.  Opened my visor at speed to let some air in and that was a mistake.  I'm sure the front end of the bike is covered with them.

That would be fun...let's do it!  So, when the weather's decent...April?    I jest...I'll bet there will still be some decent days to ride here in November.   Fridays-Sundays can work for me.  

Wait...does my memory serve me right--don't you have a KLX300?  I ask because I've been considering one of late.

Well, my DLX has gone into hibernation and there is a little chance it will be riden before spring 2026

yes, I also have a KLX300 that I've morphed into a mini adv bike. Range now similar to your DR. we could go explore in the forests, or we could ride our CB1100s weather and roads permitting.

I kept it in the garage. Was hoping for a nice ride to work at the museum this morning. Friends are coming who are moto-curious and were asking about what I ride. 

But, we have a rain storm parked over us this weekend, so the only thing I can show them is a wet Ford and a good time.

Well didn't do anything mechanical to the CB, I did pay off the loan I had on it so its officially mine now!

Patted it on the seat as I walked past it in the garage. She's rotated to the "next to ride" spot in the garage, and I'd love to if this rain lets up. Plenty of errands this afternoon, but looks like I'll be caging it.
