Hearos has some blue ones that offer 33 db noise reduction. I've been using them exclusively for many years. These 3 packs get you 42 pair for less than 12 bucks. I keep a ziploc bag with several pairs on each bike and in my backpacks.

I recently noticed on my 1100 mile ride (over 2 days) from Idaho to Arizona that these plugs started making my ears sore in the last 100 miles. I actually had trouble pulling my helmet off at the last gas stop. Not sure if that's necessarily due to these ear plugs in particular, but more likely that having anything stuck in your ears for 16 hrs. over 2 days will cause some soreness.
