Crutchlow to LCR Honda Motogp Team 2015

Cal Crutchlow will get the chance to ride first class equipment next year. LCR Honda has announced his joining the team for 2015. Cal's luck has not been good since leaving Tech3 Yamaha and joining factory Ducati.

To be honest, I doubt the LCR Honda will be any better than the Tech 3 Yamaha. Bradl has not managed to do much on it; in spite of a couple of races; and this seems to be quite consistent on the Checcinello bike. I have never been able to figure out exactly what it is though.

I remember talking to Randy de Puniet about his time there, and he was saying that they would not let him set the bike up like he wanted. With Stoner it was hard to tell, but he certainly crashed alot that year which would indicate having to over-ride a poorly setup bike. Then Elias was going backwards on the LCR bike the year after brilliantly winning Moto2.

So, as much as I like Cal, I don't expect much from him for next year either.
