Marc Marguez badly broke a finger in his left hand while training on a dirt track and full recovery could take several weeks. With Dani still not confirmed for Jerez, Honda could be hurting. Is this the year of Valentino Rossi?

Could be Val's year but I'll be surprised if Marquez allows more than one race to go by without his presence.

Looks like they inserted a Titanium splint so he can race. He's not out of it yet.

These guys are tough. He will race.

Here's a funny thought, one of my neighbors was a professional baseball player. In his contract he wasn't allowed to ride motorcycles because of the danger. I wonder what Marquez's contract says he's not allowed to do because it's too dangerous ... Bungie jump off the moon?

This is his second dirt bike mishap, so his contract may be amended to avoid dirt riding.
